Race Across the Sky documents the 2009 race where Armstrong and Wiens went head to head again, and this time Armstrong emerged the victor. First, I will say I am impressed that Citizens Pictures was able to pull so well made a picture together in less than three months. The race occurs in mid August, and there is no hint of a rushed together movie.
