See you Saturday! 7/19/08 All-Club Ride & BBQ

Don't forget!!! The All-Club Ride & BBQ is this Saturday, July 19, 2008.  Like last year, we will be doing this in conjunction with the Bay Area Outreach Program's (BORP) Kick-off Ride for REVOLUTION 2008.  There will be rides for everyone!  Last year, we had over 50 Club riders participate, including many from Sacramento Pipeworks and Mission Cliffs.

**SPECIAL: Touchstone Climbing, a long-time sponsor of BORP's young athletes and Integrated Cycling Program, will sponsor the first 20 Touchstone Club Riders who register for this year's REVOLUTION (October 4, 2008) with a $150 sponsorship toward their fundraising goal! In addition, Touchstone will cover the entry fees for additional riders beyond the first 20.

Kurrle Podiums at the Death Ride!

Hail, lighting, rain... doesn't stop the Death Ride. Neither do some festive fans, but you might just have to stop for some pictures, I couldn't resist.

Truth be told, no one really podiums at the Death Ride, but hats off to anyone who can finish all five passes. Along the way you get lots of support, closed roads, and a chance to be part of a cycling classic.
